Human activity has had a negative effect on plants and animal all over the world. Some people believe that it’s too late to do something about it. Others believe that there is still time to take effective action. Discuss both the views and give your opinion.
While on the flip side, human activities such as deforestation, industrialization and pollution have caused irreversible damages to wildlife and plant species across global over centuries. The pessimists say it is too late, while others keep their fingers crossed that we can save something of the natural world in time. If we act as quickly and decisively as is possible, I am absolutely convinced it is not too late.
And it is never too late, one the other hand those arguing that it is already too little blinking at them some good reasons. Habitats are being destroyed and climate change is killing thousands of plant and animal species. Thats the rapid loss of rainforest in the Amazon which has led to irrecoverable extinction from these species forever by October 2023. In addition, climate change is causing worldwide temperatures to rise and polar ice caps to melt away, indicating that the environmental crisis has become an urgent and even irreversible tipping point.
Many scientists and environmentalists are convinced otherwise. Around the world, many successful conservation projects show that given the chance to regenerate, nature can flourish. The strict prohibition of wildlife exploitation in India has resulted in the recovery of tiger populations, showing that giving nature a helping human hand can work wonders. Moreover, a global recognition of climate change significance has resulted in governments heavily investing in renewables and sustainability.
To me, throwing in the towel just isn’t an option. This is where you all need to come together and fight every citizen, government, and organization alike – to stop pollution, protect biodiversity, restore degraded ecosystems before it gets genuinely irreversible.
To Conclude, the damage humans have done so far might be irreversible, but there exists still some hope if world acts fast.
